JUNIOR
improvements in all the girls who are attending training. The sessions
in the Tennis Village are working out great - with the core work being
upped each week; we can also get some hurling in..... there are tired
legs going home after each session and this is down to the commitment
of the girls....
On Sunday last, we had to move our training session, and as always
Kieran came up trumps....... the girls gave a sterling performance on
the hills and worked so hard supporting each other, which is always
great to see.
U18
get in another night/day along the way.... we are delighted that many
of the girls are over their 'pres' and the best of luck to those who
will be sitting them after the half-term..... Many of this group are
already established players on the Junior Team and this is down to
their hard work and dedication.
As always we are delighted to have the 5 under 16 players with us once
a week..... They are really upping their work rate and they have come
so far in a short space of time..... Keep it going it will all be
worth it!! Best of luck to those of you on the Muskerry Training Panel
and our thanks to the Under 16 management for releasing you once a
week.
Jess Hennigan played twice with the Cork Minors over the past week and
is working hard on the training panel.....

organizing a match soon so please girls make sure you put the effort
in at training.
